By stabilizing the post-surgical breast, it helps protect sensitive scar tissue and reduce irritation, while helping to minimize the risk of post-surgical edema, swelling and pain.  Prewashed and ready-to-wear in a clinical setting, the Leyla bra is flexible, supports the surgical area and has universal cups that fit most cup sizes and securely hold breast forms and shapers in place.

After a breast surgery, some may think that a sports bra can do same as a post-surgical bra. This is not the case; it is not designed for post-surgical care.
